Thank you so much for helping to make our Hawaiian trip even more fun. Hawaii is a perfect place to ride a motorcycle: the beauty is unmatched, and it was a true pleasure meeting you.

Chuck Baker lives in Memphis, Tennessee, Jim Schreve in Albuquerque, New Mexico and “Fast Freddie” Fasbender lives in New Jersey. All three fly for Federal Express and try to get trips together. When they come to Hawaii, they always head for Cruzin Hawaii Motorcycle Rentals. We see them so much, it’s like they live here. According to Chuck, “We did these trips just so we could ride your bikes!”

Well, we really had a good time with the Harley-Davidson in Hawaii. Thank you very much. It was my first visit, and I had been very excited to ride a bike there! Hawaii is a very beautiful place! Every Japanese who has visited before says "I want to visit again!" Now, I understand!

I told my friends how Hawaii is, and especially how nice you are! I would like to visit you with all my friends someday. My cousin will be there for her honeymoon this September. I told her to visit you.

I’m back to work and the daily grind, trying to earn that almighty dollar. On July, 19, 2003, when I walked into Cruzin Hawaii, it was probably the same for you: just another day at work. But for me, it was a day I will talk to my grandkids about, with my wife sitting behind me on the Softail and riding next to me was my daughter and son-in-law on a Fat Boy. First day back to work, a coworker summed it up best: “Dreams do come true.” Because you made this possible, you made a great vacation even better!

(It’s because of people like Mike and all our great customers, we rarely have “just another day at work.” We thought you might like to see a poem he sent along with his letter.)

We're doing good here. I'm riding a '94 ZX11 Kawasaki at the moment. The sport touring along the Northern California
coast a couple of weeks ago was fast, but barely made it home on tires that were gone.
May be out there again in March and will definitely look you up and rent a bike. How's paradise?

How the heck are you? I'm doing well, I just got back on-line the other day, so you're one of the first guys I'm e-mailing. I'm all healed up, except for my left wrist/forearm ( I think I might have cracked the outside bone just above wrist, no big deal, it hurts a little less everyday). I just want to thank you for everything you did for me. I hope you were able to get the bike back together and looking like new again, and that you didn't cut yourself short on the deal. Your website is great, I was checking it out last night. I'm getting set for Harley's 100th birthday party here, it starts next week on Wednesday and goes through the weekend. They are expecting as many as a million people here for it, I might have as many as 12-15 friends staying here at my place. It's going to be nuts! On Saturday the 23rd, I have a 1 in 50 chance of winning a $15,000.00 100th Ann. FXD Superglide and a $2500.00 shopping spree at a Harley dealer here in town. If I can work it out, I hope to be back to Oahu in January or whenever they have the Big Wave Surfing Championships at Waimea Bay. It all depends on work. Thanks again for everything, sorry about the bike. Say hi to Brian for me, tell him it's been over 100 degrees in Indiana lately. It’s in the 90's here in Wisconsin, and humid as a sauna. Just wanted to thank you for getting me fixed up on that Sportster. It was an absolute blast! Riding around the island is a trip I won’t soon forget. It really is the best way to see Oahu. Getting back on my Kawasaki sure was strange. Hope to see you again…

Recently, Jim and Roxanne were the first couple to rent our new 2003 Road King. They told us that it was because of the personal treatment they got when they phoned that they chose Cruzin Hawaii. They had a terrific time on their ride around the island... we know because we went with `em! Mahalo Jim and Roxanne and see you next year!

Just wanted to say thanks for all your help and consideration. Though I am a lifetime rider, my first time on a Harley-Davidson was the day we rented from you. The bike was in perfect condition and you went out of your way to help us with anything we asked. Your service, hospitality, and caring attitude towards my wife and I will not be forgotten. Last February my wife Cheryl and I had the Road King out for a day trip. What a great time. The north shore was absolutely fabulous that time of year. I am not sure if you will remember me- but I was one of the members of the infamous "Mark Roe" party. We rented from you on May 28, 2002, four of us all together. We were the guys that were there because of our candle-selling wives. It would be wrong of me to not send you this note of thanks for giving me the time of my life while on your wonderful island. I have ridden a lot longer than all of the other guys in my party… [but] due to the death of my best friend years ago, I sold all my bikes and have not really ridden much. The combination of the beauty of Oahu, and the cool, red, Fat Boy—I could not have had a more kick-ass, great, awesome time! I will recommend "Cruzin Hawaii" to anyone I ever know that visits Waikiki, and every time I am lucky enough to return, we will do business! You truly helped to make this "a trip of a lifetime." I am truely touched by the web page photos. I simply wanted to express my appreciation for your help in giving my guys a great, memorable day. Their welfare is truly my main concern. I fear that great, memorable days may be hard to come-by in the future, but I pray I am wrong. I also thought it was ironic that we had such a day on a true symbol of America: a Harley Davidson. Being a proud Harley owner myself (2001 Fat Boy), I know that the sound alone of a Harley is associated with America, and that Bikers are historically an extremely patriotic group. The irony is unmistakable and uncanny.

I am not surprised to see such a patriotic response from your business; however, it still touches home. Rarely, we get to fly to such a beautiful place as Hawaii (every year or two). Usually, we volunteer to go on missions to places that few would visit or dare vacation. We volunteer to go there for two primary reasons. One; because we will continue to get the valuable training that keeps us ready, and two; because that we know that, as a crew, we will make a difficult time into a good time - because we are together. You helped us make a good time into an unforgettable time. As far as I'm concerned, this experience is only available on a Harley. I hope I don't sound overly dramatic. I simply want to... speak from the heart. It means a lot to us.
