Patriots and Harleys
Harley-Davidson has been
there through two
World Wars
With
the recent events of September 11, 2001, our lives have been
changed forever. Still, we are reminded of the resolve and
resiliency of the American spirit to fight back and continue to
live the life of freedom we all cherish. Now, more than ever
before, what could show our patriotism and pride more than riding
on the oldest, and arguably the best American-made motorcycle, a
Harley-Davidson?
Recently, on a routine
Reserve mission in Hawaii, four Air Force Reservists rented four
bikes from us and, back in the mainland, on the way home, were caught in the turmoil
caused by the cowards in New York and elsewhere. Their words
say it better than we ever could.

"Cruzin,
(Ltor.) Justin, Wayne and John
Thanks
for the bikes in Hawaii. Me and my crew are in the
Pittsburgh Air Force Reserves and we were stuck in Seattle on our
way back to Pennsylvania during the terrorist hijackings. Of
course, no one knows what will happen in the future, but there is
a very good chance that we will go to war, and that WE will be
involved. I appreciate you working with me and my crew to
get us four bikes, and for the great time we had on them. I
hope the will be more great times in the future...for everyone.
You
mentioned that you were going to put a web site picture gallery
together and I wanted to contribute."
Keep
the faith,
